This page explains, in plain English, what happens to your details when you contact Tidy Touch by Nicole. We keep things simple and we only ever use your information to help with your enquiry.
Who we are
Tidy Touch by Nicole is a domestic and commercial cleaning service run by Nicole, serving Hull, Goole and the surrounding East Riding of Yorkshire. You can reach us through the quote form or on Facebook Messenger.
What we collect
- The details you choose to send us through the quote form: your name, phone number and/or email, your area, property type, the services you're interested in, how often, a preferred date and any message.
- Standard, anonymous technical information your browser sends to our website host when any website loads (such as general request logs). We don't use this to identify you.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you and arrange your free quote or clean. We don't use your details for marketing, and we never sell or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis
When you send an enquiry you're asking us to get in touch, so we process your details on the basis of your consent and to take the steps you've requested to provide a quote or service. You can ask us to stop and delete your details at any time.
Who can see it
Your enquiry comes straight to Nicole. To deliver your message, the form is processed by our website host, Cloudflare, which runs the site's infrastructure. We don't share your details with anyone else, and nothing is ever sold.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any clean that follows, then we delete it. The owner may set a specific retention period here once decided.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Just get in touch and we'll sort it. If you're ever unhappy with how your data has been handled, you also have the right to contact the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We only use a small piece of essential browser storage to remember whether you've already seen our intro animation, so we don't replay it every visit. Nothing about you is collected or shared by it.
